Karma Kai provides design, technology, and digital product services, and may publish websites and software applications. Features of a specific app or project may be described in that product’s store listing, documentation, or separate agreement.

- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials made available by Karma Kai remain our property or that of our licensors. Project deliverables created for clients are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese or EU law.
9. App-specific terms
If you download a Karma Kai application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also comply with the applicable store terms. Support for our applications is available at karmakai.pt/support.html.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts of Faro, Portugal shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
